Yonezawa beef? Yonezawa ramen? Local sake? Yonezawa Ori? ...There are many things.
Yonezawa is blessed with conditions for growing delicious food, including a climate with a large temperature difference, fertile soil, mineral-rich water, and clear air.
For this reason, we have a wide variety of colorful ingredients, including Yonezawa beef, which is famous from all over the country, as well as fresh Fruits and Vegetables, as well as sweets and processed products that make use of these ingredients.
In addition, Yonezawa has long prospered as a "manufacturing town" with Yonezawa-ori as its core industry.
In recent years, it has become the birthplace of new technologies such as organic EL.
This high level of manufacturing ability is utilized to create high quality and reliable products.
